Traditional cooking process

Four generations of the BEYER family have manufactured jams of highest quality, using well respected and well tested ancestral know-how. To guarantee the best results, fruit destined for BEYER products are subjected to a meticulous fruit selection process before undergoing careful preparatory procedures. That’s how BEYER conserves the maximum of a fruit flavour. The traditional preparation method involves cooking slowly the fruit, uncovered, in copper or stainless steel vats, for around 45 minutes.
